Important Note About the Outage Map
The outage map reflects the connection status of fiber equipment on our network. If your router or ONT (the fiber box that connects your home to the fiber network and feeds your router) is powered off, unplugged, or not connected, it may appear on the map as a service outage even though there is no issue with the fiber network itself.
Before reporting an outage, we recommend:
- Checking that your router and ONT are powered on
- Ensuring all cables are securely connected
- Restarting your router if needed
