JCE Co-op is governed and guided by a board of ten directors. The Board of Directors is elected during the Annual Meeting voting process by the members for three-year terms.
As a cooperative, JCE Co-op is owned and democratically controlled by the members we serve. The cooperative is governed by elected representatives who are accountable to the membership. Our service area is divided into 10 director districts. Each district is represented by one director, elected by the members of the district to serve a three-year term.
