Welcome to JCE Co-op! You're signing up for a membership with the co-op when you begin service with us.

To sign up, please print out the form, complete and mail to:

or fax the completed application to 815-858-3731.

The completed and signed application must be received in the JCE Co-op office prior to service construction. For new service (new construction) requests, please complete the electric and natural gas service application.

Member Benefits 

As a member, you are part owner of your cooperative. We are happily member-owned and controlled and we work hard to serve your needs. As part of your membership, you will receive our monthly Illinois Country Living Magazine, which covers upcoming events, safety tips, board meeting minutes, contests and more. Members are also eligible for capital credits, youth scholarships and youth program opportunities. JCE Co-op also hosts an Annual Meeting of Members once a year as well as Member Appreciation Days. As your cooperative, we want to provide you with options and ways to save with incentives and renewable energy choices. We also strive to help members save locally and nationally with the Co-op Connections program. Lastly, we want to make sure you're staying informed and have the opportunity for leadership role in your cooperative with our Member Advisory Council.
