JCE Co-op Bylaws

JCE Co-op's bylaws are reviewed each year by the board of directors. Proposed bylaw amendments are presented to members in the Annual Report and official annual meeting notice book, mailed to all members prior to the annual meeting. Members at the annual meeting vote on any proposed amendments.
