JCE Co-op strives to assist its members by maintaining a list of those with certain health needs who may require priority electric outage restoration services.


Keep in mind that JCE Co-op cannot guarantee uninterrupted electric service. Nor can we promise that there won’t be extended outages even if you are on this priority list. If you have health needs that require electric service, please make sure you have made arrangements that will allow you to tolerate a widespread and lengthy service outage.


To quality for the priority listing, you must have a medical condition requiring a priority electric service restoration status.


Please complete the Priority Electric Service webform. This form must be completed and returned to our offices before you are eligible for placement on the co-op’s priority service list. This form expires in one year. Members must recertify their medical priority request each year.

Priority service designation does not stop payment requirements. If you are having difficulty paying your bill, contact our office to enter into an arrangement, or to learn more about available assistance.
